Both my kidneys are failing and I should have been panicking. Due to the excellent care I have received from the Oxford Renal Department, Milton Keynes, I am not stressed about my future prospect. I am in very good hands, thanks to the detailed stress free efficient care from Dr Ram and dis team, especially the reception staff, the PD dialysis nurses, etc. THANK YOU!

Staff all extremely efficient and Jolly.
Improvement - no blood stained shirts!!!
The MK unit is much friendlier than Oxford.

When I arrive for my pre dialysis approx 1300 hours I notice that it is very hectic at all the staff (nurse are working under extreme pressure eg taking off, putting on and getting the beds ready.
